Bought 2 of them for our Alaska cruise and the only drawback we found was that it is very easy to put more than 70 lbs. of stuff in the bag. Thankfully, we were just under the limit on the way to Alaska and the Customer Service Agent let us know how close we were so that we could plan our packing better for the return home. We have gone cruising with the two 30" Pullmans twice a year since 2001 and they have held up fairly well. There are some scuff marks and signs of abuse, but no damage to the bags themselves (a true miracle considering the longshoresmen at the docks and airline bag stress testers at every airport.) The bags will just fit (and I mean JUST FIT) under the bed on a Princess or Holland America ship. You may have to lift the bed a bit, but it will fit (no hammer required!) Now that American has adjusted its policy on overweight bags to 50 lbs, my wife and are going to buy the 27" and the 24" bags so that we can keep each bag under the new limits. It will be more of a pain in the butt to bring two cases, but it will allow more room in each bag and keep us under the new limits. (So far, it looks like American is the only airline with a new policy, United and the rest of the carriers still have a 70 lb. limit for now.) We love these bags, and are looking forward to getting 4 more. Plenty of room, well designed (especially the suit folder compartment), rugged, and great color selections. The only downside to the bag are the weak locks provided with the bag. My wife's bag was broken into in FLL and both locks were broken off with out any damage to the bag. Locking straps and some Master Locks are now our upgraded locking gear and we have been theft free since. Throw the locks away or give them to your kids to play with. We love our RBH bags and would reccomend them to anyone."
